Again this year, with the new year, came new resolutions. I have decided to stick with the program this year and do my best to reach my target weight before June. I have done my research about the best diet plans to follow and learned quite a bit about different exercises that I can do around the house when I am not busy. I also found this great site that has information abouthow to prevent the most common workout injuries. I did not realize how many ways a person could be injured while doing the simplest of exercises. I really think that now that I have all of this information that I have a much better chance in safely reaching my weight loss goals. I just hope that I can stick with it well beyond February. That seems to be about the time that I throw my hands in the air and give up on reaching my goals.
